1. Kundalini angel-dragon wings meditation

 

Part 1: inner source activating

You stand on both feet, connected with your hips.  Make flat feet, as wide and flat as you may feel.

Put your hands on your heart.
You start to breath slowly, very slowly. First count to 5, then to 7 and finally to 9 , but only if it feels natural, you may build this up in a couple of days.  In this moment you do not feel any discomfort in breathing. You breath completely natural. You relax….If you feel any blockades, welcome them. They are normal .

When you breath slowly, very slowly, you bring your attention to your heart . You breath into your heart. Feel your heart, like you embrace it with your hands. Than you imagine a beautiful light/love source, which is connected with your heart, and with yourself. You may image the form of your inner source and place it above your head. This higher self, god, Buddha, universe, …is a beautiful shining source which sparkles down its radiation on you, like you take a warm shower or a sunbath…. In the next part, you are going to scan your body with your awareness.

Part 2: body scan I/ chakra breathing/cleaning

Your breath is calm, natural and slowly now… Relax your hands and arms and let them hang loose aside your body .

Imagine you open a window in your skull and let the energy of your source in. It falls all the way through your spine, like sunlight. Let the energy tumble down towards your pelvis area where it arrives now in your sex center. Just let it in and take it in.

When you exhale you let go. Breath out to the universe what you don’t use right now.  Bring more and more awareness in your pelvis area. And pay attention to what you feel.

Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Imagine you walk around in this part of your body and look around you, feel or see the energy inside you moving and whirling around. Don’t worry if you don’t  feel or see anything, it’s just an exercise. Whilst you practice it, you will become more and more aware of this part of your body . Breath in and out 5 times, for yourself. just stay focused on what happens there, what you really feel.

Now you move on with your attention a little higher in your body, and become aware of the area just between your pelvis and your navel. With every inhale you let the energy of your inner source shine  between the pelvis and the navel, without doing anything. Just let it shine. When you inhale you bring your awareness more and more towards this area. When you exhale, you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now . Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , it’s just an exercise to become aware of this part of your body more and more. Breath in and out 5 times, just stay focused on what really happens there, what you really feel.

Now just move your attention a little higher into your body and you  become aware of the area just between your navel and your diaphragm. With every inhale you let the light in, between the navel and the diaphragm, without doing anything. Just let it happen. When you inhale you bring your attention more and more towards this area and you bring your awareness there. When you exhale you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now.

Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , it’s just an exercise to become more and more  aware of this part of your body. Breath in and out 5 times, just stay focused on what happens there. Just welcome what you feel.

We bring our attention a little upwards again and you will come in the area just between your  diaphragm and your heart. With every inhale you let the light of your source shine in the area of the diaphragm and the heart, without doing anything. Just let it happen. When you inhale you bring your attention more and more towards this area and you bring your awareness there. When you exhale you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now.

Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , its just a scan, an expedition through your body to become aware of it more and more. Breath in and out 5 times, just stay focused on what happens there. Just welcome what you feel.

We bring our attention a little upwards again and you will come in the area just between your  heart and your throat. With every inhale you let the light of your source  in into the heart and the throat area, without doing anything. Just let it happen. When you inhale you bring your  awareness more and more in this area. When you exhale you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now.

Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , it’s just an exercise.  Whilst you practice it, you will become more and more aware of this part of your body . Breath in and out 5 times, for yourself. Stay focused on what happens there. Just welcome what you feel.

We bring our attention a little upwards again and you will come in the area just between your  throat and your third eye (the point between your eyes, a little higher). With every inhale you let the light of your source  in into the throat area and the third eye, without doing anything. Just let it happen. When you inhale you bring your  awareness more and more in this area. When you exhale you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now.

Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , it’s just an exercise.  Whilst you practice it, you will become more and more aware of this part of your body . Breath in and out 5 times, for yourself. Stay focused on what happens there. Just welcome what you feel.

We bring our attention a little upwards again and you will come in the area just between your  third eye and your crown. With every inhale you let the light of your source  in into the area between your third eye and your crown, without doing anything. Just let it happen. When you inhale you bring your  awareness more and more in this area. When you exhale you give back to the universe what you don’t use for now.

Pay attention to what you feel. Can you feel the love, warmth and light in this area? Can you feel this part of your body thoroughly?  Don’t worry if you don’t , it’s just an exercise to become more and more aware of this part of your body . Breath in and out 5 times, for yourself. Stay focused on what happens there. Just welcome what you really feel.

 

Part 3: unfolding the angel wings:

Put your hands on your heart. Breath into your heart, connect with your inner source and  the light in your body. Relax your hands again and let them hang loose aside your body. Bring your attention to your heart and then go to the back of your heart. Inhale and exhale in this area. Bring more and more awareness into the area of between the back of your heart, your spine  and your shoulder blades. Breath in, hold your breath for 3 counts. And when you breath out, you let out all the whirling energy  out of your heart towards your shoulders and spine.

You have two points on your back, right under your shoulder blades, left and right from the spine . From there on the angel wings begin to grow. Imagine you spread your wings. All the energy that lays restored for years in your shoulders and behind your heart,  is like folded or covered angel wings. All you have to do is to UNFOLD your wings there.

Inhale, give your wings space to unfold and bring them into form, right now. Let them fold out, just let it happen, don’t do anything, just allow it to happen. Follow the movement of the growing wings with your awareness and welcome the feeling. Take your time, take your space. With every exhale the wings grow further and further.

Pay attention to what you become aware of, how wide can your wings spread out in this room? What color are they, what form do they have. Don’t imagine, just take an inner look, if you see of feel nothing, just trust they are there and use your other senses to become aware of them.

Part 4: unfolding your dragon wings

Your breath is calm, natural and slowly again… Relax your hands and arms and let them hang loose aside your body. Bring your attention to your heart, then to the back of your heart, your shoulders and let the energy flow towards your arms and hands. Fill your hands up with the gorgeous light energy from your inner source and let them glow and vibe in the air, while they still hang loose.

Relax your shoulders more and more, breath towards your arms and hands.  Bring your attention to your pelvis area. Breath in it. Imagine you broaden your pelvis area with the energy of your hands. But just let it happen, don’t move your hands, just feel and trust they are connected somehow. Breath in and out your sex center to connect and to grow your consciousness there. Now inhale deeply and hold for 3 seconds your breath. Exhale firm but slowly and while you exhale, imagine a second pair of wings is growing out of your body, right out of your hips and sex center. They connect your hips, kidneys and shoulder blades. You feed these wings with the energy of your hands and arms and your sex center. Or you let them grow in their own way. When you inhale you connect with the energy of your pelvis area and the heart, while you exhale you allow the dragon wings to grow in their wild and pure form.

Pay attention to what you become aware of, how wide can your wings spread out in this room? What color are they, what form do they have. Don’t imagine, just take an inner look, if you see of feel nothing, just trust they are there and use your other senses to become aware of them.

Part 5: Bodyscan II: coming back to earth

Breath in your both pairs of wings, maybe they grow towards one big dragon/angel like aura. Give it space and time. Breathe deeply and firm. Then bring your attention to your pelvis area again. Collect the angel and dragon energy in your pelvis area. And bring this energy down. Through your gender, your sex, through your inner legs, slowly towards your knees and feet.

Bring your full awareness into every cell, every inch you are scanning. Take notice if you really can feel every inch of your sex, your legs , knees, under legs and feet….Repeat this with the other side of your legs, the front and back of your legs, until you have felt every cell. Follow your own flow in this. When you inhale, Fill it up with the energy of your source, your sex, your heart and your wings. When you exhale, just let go all the energy you don’t need or use at this moment.  Give it back to the universe.

Do you really feel , see or sense every inch in this part of your body? Don’t bother if you don’t see or feel anything. Trust your body, it has information in it which is much older than you are..With this exercise you will become more and more aware of your body wisdom and how it works and feels.

When you are ready, let the images fade out. Sit still for a moment and be aware, feel yourself now.

Thank yourself and whoever you want to thank in this universe for this fully beautiful potential of you.

 

Optional: Part 6: Healing with the energy of the chakra’s and wings.

Relax your hands and arms. Let them hang loose aside your body. Stay aware of the energy flowing in your whole body for a while. Sense your feet, ankles, underlegs, knees, upperlegs, sexcenter, anus, perineum, belly, liver, kidney and all the organs inside, diaphragm, stomach, lungs, all the organs inside, heart, throat, head, brain, ears, eyes, mouth, teeth, arms and hands. Feel the nerves, the musles, the bloodcirculation. Imagine you clean everything, while you scan through your body. Go to a place where it feels hurt, numb or where it cramps or feels unconfortable. Bring all the energy through it, like ocean waves and clean your self.

 

Optional part 7: de-armouring under a warm shower.

After this meditation you can use the head of the shower and put the waterflow in a narrow flow, so you can press with it on your body a little. Bring the shower where your body is inviting it. Breathe in every cell and organ till the uncomfortable feeling fades away. Use your dragon/angel wings to overcome mindstuff.
